Today, Nosferatu is considered a masterpiece of silent cinema and one of the greatest horror films of all time.

What is Nosferatu. Symphony of Horror?

The film tells the story of Thomas Hutter, a young man who travels to Count Orlok’s castle to sign an agreement on selling a house. Along the way, he meets people who warn him about the vampire, telling stories about Count Orlok. Hutter doesn’t believe these warnings, but soon discovers that they are true. As the story unfolds, Nosferatu becomes increasingly entangled in the lives of its main characters, leading to dramatic and terrifying events.

Acting and direction

In Nosferatu, we can admire outstanding acting performances, especially Max Schreck’s portrayal of Count Orlok. Schreck is simply terrifying and hypnotic, and his acting performance is still considered one of the best in horror cinema history.
